Cocktail of Tawny Port Wine with Rocha Pear, a refreshing drink that combines two very Portuguese ingredients.

Ingredients
- 1 Rocha Pear
- 1 tube of ‘Rocha’ Pear Extra Jam with ‘Douro’ Muscatel meia.dúzia®
- vanilla syrup
- 10 cl of Port Wine Tawny
- ice to taste
Method of preparation:
- Put some pear in the blender, ‘Rocha’ Pear Extra Jam with ‘Douro’ Muscatel meia.dúzia® and finally 2 counts of vanilla syrup (mash not too much) + 1 or 2 cl of Tawny;
- Place the “paste” in the shaker glass and add the remaining Port wine (depending on the amount added in the 1st step), add ice, after that shake;
- Place 2 slices of pear inside the wine glass (large) as decoration;
- Pour into the glass of wine.
