- Terroir: Terroir of granite soils, with an altitude between 400 and 600 Mts., marked by the influence of the mountain with 2,000 Mts of altitude.
- Grapes: Tinta Roriz, Jaen and Touriga Nacional
- Vineyards: Located in the areas of Vila Nova de Tazem and Gouveia, vineyards aged between 15 and 40 years.
- Vinification: Grapes fully destemmed and gently crushed into stainless steel vats. Fermentation took place at controlled temperature of 23ºC, with smooth pumping over. Light aging in wooden barrels.
